Hi Mama, it’s so good to meet you!
My name is Abby. I am a certified birth/postpartum doula, childbirth educator, and breastfeeding counselor passionate about serving women through their perinatal journey.
I started working in the birth world after many years as a nanny, seeing the effect birth trauma and postpartum depression had on the mothers and families I served. As a birth worker, I aim to build confident, well-informed mothers and partners through advocacy, evidence-based information, and individualized care. I encourage every woman to be fully surrendered to her birth and postpartum experience while feeling held, well-loved, and confident in her choices as a woman and a mother. I’ve heard it said that newly postpartum women need equivalent maternal care as their newborns and it is my mission to provide that for you whether you’re an experienced pro or just getting started.

Birth Doula Package
-4, 2hr prenatal appointments (including a mini birth class)
- On call from 37 weeks to birth
- Up to 20 hrs. of in-person labor support
- 2 hr. Postpartum visit
- Unlimited mobile support from booking through 2 weeks postpartum
- Mobile weekly follow-ups through 6 weeks postpartum$1,250 Smaller packages are available and can be discussed in your interview.

Postpartum Doula Package
- 3-hour prenatal meeting to set up your personalized postpartum plan.
- Unlimited mobile support through the duration of hire
30 hrs of in-person, at home support after birth including:
- Companionship
- Assistance with infant and toddler care
- Basic household management
- Meal planning and prep

Breastfeeding Counseling
In person 90min breastfeeding assessment including but not limited to:
- Proper latch assessment
- Pain management- Assistance creating a pumping schedule and planning your return to work
- Education on breast anatomy and milk supply
30 minute follow up zoom or phone call
3 phone calls to be used at any point in your feeding/weaning journey
